The Creative Mind
Hi, I'm Stella, the creator and vision behind Wildflower Woods.
I may have been born in 2013, but don't let my age fool you. Every piece I create is made with dedication, patience, creativity, attention to detail, and a whole lot of love.
What started as a simple hobby has grown into something much bigger than I ever imagined—a small business built from determination, passion, and a love for creating unique pieces by hand.
Wildflower Woods began during a difficult chapter in my life. I was spending a lot of time in and out of the hospital and needed something positive to focus my energy on. During that time, I discovered woodworking and quickly found that creating things with my hands gave me a sense of joy and happiness.
My very first project was a tree stump that I spent hours sanding and shaping. What seemed like a simple project became the beginning of a passion. I loved watching a rough piece of wood transform into something beautiful, and from that moment on, I was hooked.
As my skills grew, I began learning everything I could about woodworking and started selling my handmade pieces on Facebook Marketplace.
The support and encouragement I received inspired me to keep creating and improving. Before long, I became interested in working with epoxy resin and was fascinated by the endless creative possibilities it offered. Combining natural wood with colorful epoxy allowed me to create pieces that were both functional and artistic.
Through lots of practice, experimentation, and hard work, I developed techniques that helped me turn my ideas into unique creations.
Today, my epoxy pieces have become some of my most popular and best-selling items. I love pairing the natural beauty of wood with vibrant resin to create one-of-a-kind pieces that cannot be duplicated. Every grain pattern, knot, crack, and live edge tells its own story, making each creation truly unique. No two pieces are exactly alike, which is one of the things I love most about my work.
At Wildflower Woods, I believe handmade items have a special value. In a world filled with mass-produced products, I take pride in creating pieces that are carefully crafted one at a time. Whether I'm making charcuterie boards, serving trays, home décor, or custom creations, I put the same level of care and attention into every project. I love knowing that something I made with my own hands will become part of someone's home, be given as a meaningful gift, or help create special memories.
Running Wildflower Woods has taught me so much about creativity, perseverance, and entrepreneurship. It has shown me that challenges can sometimes lead to unexpected opportunities and that passion and hard work can turn an idea into something real.
Thank you for taking the time to learn about my story. Your support means the world to me, and every purchase, share, and kind word helps me continue doing what I love. From my workshop to your home, thank you for being part of the Wildflower Woods journey.
